To illustrate Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) of the portal vein and mesenteric arteries, image acquisition procedures, image analysis and a wide spectrum of pathology. Portal vein and mesenteric artery MRA is becoming increasing accepted in the routine evaluation of vascular disorders of the abdomen.
