Zydone Now Available In U.S. For Pain Management

CHADDS FORD, PA -- Feb. 17, 1999 -- Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s Zydone(R) (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen) tablets is now available in the United States for use in pain management.

In addition to three strengths of hydrocodone (5, 7.5, 10 mg), each Zydone tablet contains just 400 mg of acetaminophen.

Zydone and the oxycodone products are generally well tolerated. The most frequently reported adverse reactions are light-headedness, dizziness, sedation, nausea and vomiting.
