education for physicians.

in Category 1 of the Physician's Recognition Award

of the American Medical Association (AMA).



Tuition Refund Policy

A handling fee of $50 is deducted for cancellation.

Refund request must be received by mail one week

prior to the course. No refund will be made thereafter.
